Thank you for purchasing our barbecue grill grates. To ensure your legal rights and interests, please read this warranty statement carefully before use.

Starting from the date of delivery (purchase), our company provides a 3-month quality warranty.

During the warranty period, we will provide free returns or replacements for performance failures or quality issues not caused by human factors.

To process warranty claims, Hebei Meizhen may require you to provide proof of purchase and evidence of product damage. Please keep these documents in a safe place.

Return & Exchange Process

• Application: Consumers may submit a return or exchange application through the purchasing channel.
• Review: Our customer service staff will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the return/exchange details.
• Processing: Upon verification of the nonconforming product and inspection confirmation, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty or Return

• Inability to provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
• Exceeding the warranty period
• Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or alteration
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper use (including but not limited to excessive burning, heavy compression, chemical corrosion, etc.)
• Failures or damages resulting from non-normal household use environments (e.g., long-term commercial grilling, extreme harsh conditions, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear or soiling of appearance due to regular use
• Customized products without quality issues are not eligible for return without reason
