We have a complete production line for non-standard custom manufacturing. Our welding equipment uses advanced medium-frequency resistance welders, combined with TIG welding and laser welding, to ensure firm weld spots with smooth and aesthetically pleasing transitions. Our forming equipment uses advanced 3D wire forming machines together with bending machines, ring rolling machines, etc., allowing us to process complex shaped frames and ensure dimensional accuracy for mass production orders.
For existing tooling/mold range, samples can be ready in as fast as 3–5 days. For newly developed sizes, samples are ready in 7–10 days.

Typically, we pack five units in a plastic bag, place them in a cardboard box, and then place the cardboard box inside a plywood crate. We also accept custom packaging.
