This page introduces the principles and applications of our plate cutting services. Our cutting solutions mainly include laser cutting and wire-electrode cutting.
Laser cutting is a thermal separation process: the laser beam heats the material surface until it melts or evaporates, then follows the selected geometry to separate the part. Different assist gases protect the cut surface, optimize the section and increase cutting speed — delivering high precision, high speed and versatility.
The following parameters can be combined according to your needs. We support custom processing for various non-standard sizes.

Our laser cutting equipment is especially suitable for parts with complex contours and moderate batch sizes — from decorative panels, gates, railings and balcony screens to construction embedded parts, machine covers and electrical cabinets.
We rarely sell standard off-the-shelf products; we exclusively handle custom orders. Based on your drawings or samples, we precisely replicate and optimize your designs.
We work with selected premium raw material suppliers in China and can also process imported materials. Our equipment runs 24/7 for uninterrupted production. Iron-based plates can be processed up to 30mm thick, stainless steel and alloy materials up to 25mm, and any graphic or hole pattern can be cut. We also assist customers with shape design and hole and pattern solutions.
For existing tooling/mold range, samples can be ready in as fast as 3–5 days. For newly developed sizes, samples are ready in 7–10 days.

Cut parts are interleaved with protective film and packed in wooden cases or on pallets to prevent scratching and deformation. We also accept custom packaging.
Wire transfer: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment; small payments via PayPal.
