Perforated metal filter plates are manufactured by using a punch or press to form a series of holes, strips, or decorative patterns on the plate. They have many applications and can be custom manufactured according to your requirements and different material characteristics.
Sheets and coils are both available. With complete tooling and a wide selection of hole patterns — round, square, hexagonal, slotted and special shapes — our perforated metal is widely used in filtration and screening, decoration and protection (building cladding, ceilings, machine guards, vents), and drying applications.

We rarely sell standard off-the-shelf products; we exclusively handle custom orders. Based on your drawings or samples, we precisely replicate and optimize your designs.
We have punch presses of various tonnages covering plate thicknesses from 0.5mm to 25mm, with both straight and staggered hole layouts available. Complete tooling, diverse hole patterns and custom special patterns can be supplied. Perforated plates can also be deep processed — bending, shaped cutting and diversified surface treatments.
For existing tooling/mold range, samples can be ready in as fast as 3–5 days. For newly developed sizes, samples are ready in 7–10 days.

Sheets are interleaved with protective film and packed in wooden cases or on pallets to prevent scratching and deformation. We also accept custom packaging.
