How do you deal with product quality?
We have our own quality supervision department.We will be responsible for the loss of our customers due to product quality problems.
Can I have a sample order for product?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.Sample cost we can negotiation.
Do you have any MOQ for product order?
Generally is 100 pcs,of course less than this quantity is ok,Just quantity is big,Price is cheap.
Is it OK to print my logo on packing of product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
How can I know the completion of my order?
Deposit 30%payment—start production—transfer information to logistic–book ship—inform customer ETD&ETA—load container—balance payment—send documents .
